Last week in the House of Representatives we held a vote on an amendment to the Pennsylvania Constitution that would allow abortion until birth. Out of the 203 legislators in the House there may have been 120 of my colleagues in attendance. It is unacceptable that members will not show up and do their job - especially for a vote as important as this one.
