Crockpot Street Corn Dip Ingredients • 1 bag frozen corn • ½ cup mayonnaise • 1 cup sour cream • 1 lb pepper jack cheese, shredded • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese • Tajín seasoning (to taste) • 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped • Cotija cheese, for topping Instructions 1. Add frozen corn to the crockpot. 2. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, and Tajín seasoning. 3. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour, then stir well. 4. Mix in fresh cilantro, cover, and cook on HIGH for another hour
