A two-vehicle collision in Dover sent two people to the hospital Friday morning after rescue crews were dispatched to the intersection of Forest Street and Carver Road just before 8:50. Responding units evaluated both patients at the scene before transporting them to Kent General Hospital for further treatment. Dover Police remain on scene. | First State Update
