My legs don't always cooperate as I would hope. My spasticity gets worse the hotter my legs are, minutes before getting in the car I was in the sauna for a good 20 minutes. Thus my legs were still very warm. When I stood up my legs started shaking and for almost a minute they were shaking so much that I wasn't able to pick up my wheelchair and put it in the back. In order to get them to slow down I stay calm and breathe and eventually they subside. #spasms #wheelchair #paralyzed #partiallyparaly
