Chive Blossom Vinegar 🌱🌸 Chives are one of the easiest herbs to grow and add around the vegetable garden, they are also perennial, so come back year after year. 😊🌱 At this time of the year they produce their little blossoms, which the bees absolutely love! So I leave most of them for them, but I can’t help but use a few. 😋🌸 I pop a few of the blossoms off each plant, rinse them off, and gently bruise to release more of the flavour. Then pop them into a jar, along with some organic apple ci
