We’ve got large real estate investment trusts, American corporations, and Chinese corporations buying thousands of single-family homes and taking them off the market and putting them up for rent. Same thing with tens of thousands of homes being turned into Airbnbs. That drains the market and makes it harder for a young couple to have a house to buy. | Dave Ramsey
