Top suggestions for reformat [Cardlink has been well received and welcomed by our bankers across the organization but one area of improvement they would like to see is a more real time ACAPS status update on our Cardlink Application Tracker Dashboard. This is in the works but requires several teams to be involved so right now Justin Pauletti’s team who owns the overall experience for Pano is submitting an intake request with Michele Snyder’s team to get the necessary tech teams involved to size and discuss next steps. This API would also benefit Elan as well as Cardlink so hopefully later in 2026 this new capability will be available to our bankers so they can more timely assist clients especially if they are turned down to see if they may have entered some application information incorrectly.
