BCA finds results of DWI tests in question are accurate
The Minnesota BCA said it has verified that the breath test results involving the DataMaster instrument in DWI testing are accurate.
Drew Evans, superintendent of the BCA, says BCA laboratory scientists are prepared to testify in court about the results.
