Lawsuits keep on piling up against Roblox, a gaming and creation platform with an estimated 380 million monthly active users.

A key element of the lawsuit is Uthmeier’s office’s claim that Roblox “attracts vulnerable child users by design.” The court action details investigations by Uthmeier’s office that he claims uncovered intentional efforts to lure children into sexually charged circumstances.

Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird is suing online gaming company Roblox. Bird alleges the company failed to protect kids from things like sexual exploitation. Roblox has more than 80 million daily users, and most are under the age of 18.

The predator allegedly approached the 5-year-old and his brother and mentioned that he was the boy’s friend on Roblox, the complaint said.
