Cosmosphere to host watch party for NASA ‘moon return’
There will be a live NASA broadcast of the Artemis II launch attempt in the Justice Planetarium, hands-on experiences, concessions, and dining throughout the event, family-friendly activities, and a special presentation by John Mulnix, NASA Solar System Ambassador, titled “Countdown to Artemis II.”
The launch is set to occur no earlier than 12:42 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12 from Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The mission will be a Falcon 9 rocket sending the company's next batch of 29 Starlink internet satellites to orbit.
